Both the host and the co-host were more than kind. They even offered to come to our rescue during a difficult time. The place was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything (washer and dryer included). You can tell right away that it was recently renovated. Extremely quiet and bucolic area.

Everything you want to know before you book

How much is one night?
€140 per night base rate. Longer stays get automatic discounts: -10% for 7+ nights and -25% for 28+ nights. The €50 final cleaning is included in the total. Minimum stay: 4 nights.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. You pay a 30% deposit at booking to confirm the dates. The balance (70%) is due 14 days before check-in. There's also a €200 damage deposit in cash on arrival, returned at check-out if everything is in order.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and bank transfer, both available on the site during booking. For other methods (credit card, Satispay), message us on WhatsApp and we'll find a solution.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at no extra cost. The house has a private fenced garden where they can stay safely. We just ask that you bring their bed and bowl, and please don't leave them alone on the beds.
What's included in the price?
Free WiFi, private parking, full linen (sheets and towels), final cleaning, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, fireplace, EV charging, and access to garden and terrace.
Can I cancel my booking?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in: deposit refunded in full. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable, but in case of documented force majeure we always find a solution.
How far is Turin?
30 minutes by car to Turin city center via the A4 highway (only 7 minutes from the house). 35 minutes to Turin-Caselle airport. About 1 hour to the Alps and 1 hour to the Langhe wine region.
