Stay enquiries
The website does not take payments or confirm bookings. WhatsApp opens an external service; you send the message only when you confirm it there. It may contain your phone number, dates, guest count, stay purpose, a random reference and the advertising source indicated by the link. We use stay details to respond and prepare a possible contract at your request; the reference and source help deduplicate and evaluate enquiries. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information in your first enquiry. WhatsApp/Meta also handles data under its own privacy notice.
Website and external services
Cloudflare hosts the site and receives technical data, such as IP address and request information, to deliver and protect it. The Italian and English pages also load Tailwind and Google Fonts. Site delivery and security serve our legitimate interest in providing a working service. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity are optional and load only after separate consent to the relevant category. We analyse visits, interactions and advertising sources to improve the site; a contact click does not establish a booking.
Retention and transfers
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, any resulting stay, applicable legal obligations and relevant disputes. The period therefore depends on the enquiry outcome and applicable obligations. External services also apply their own retention settings and policies, described in the linked notices. They may process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards described in those notices, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante. Contact and stay details are needed to answer your enquiry; optional measurement is not required. The site makes no automated booking decisions.
